I love to learn, have deep conversations, and meet new people, embracing what it means to be a student. I believe creativity is a multifaceted term that manifests itself not just in artistic endeavors, but also in our everyday life. One of my objectives in life is to redefine experiences — redefine our everyday, redefine how we move through the world, so that we may do so with more awareness, kindness, and compassion, and ultimately love.
I believe as humans we are - and always should be - growing and evolving. We are not static. Our work should reflect this.
I am French but grew up in Chicago most of my life. I thus consider myself both French and American (non hyphenated); I stand somewhere between both worlds - oscillating, sometimes erring - even though I feel at home in both cultures. I am also partly Guatemalan, which is another facet of my identity that expresses itself in more subtle ways. I love to cook and travel. I am fascinated by the disciplines of photography, music, painting, architecture, design, yoga, and martial arts. I am bilingual in French and English, and speak Spanish fluently.
Being a dancer brings me immense pride.
I am a chocoholic at heart. Enough said.
I am currently in training to become a certified Romana Pilates Instructor! Pilates has been a big part of my life for almost a decade, so it feels right to be on the path towards giving back to others.
You can find my most recent writing on my Medium page and Substack. I am also very active on Instagram :)
